Rattles and vibrations in 2013 C250
I've had my car for about a week now and my expectations may be too high but this is a low mileage Mercedes Benz after all. A name must count for something. But I have two noise issues that are occurring.
The first is there is something in the driver's door that will buzz over bumps. I made sure it wasn't the seat belt height adjustment mechanism. Nothing I press on seems to make it stop. I have to be going 40+ MPH over some bumps to trigger it.
The second one is a constant faint buzzing that happens to resonate when up to speed. I think if I press down on the dash above the Comand screen it stops. It's only audible if the AC and radio are quiet.
Has anyone experienced theses?
How responsive and successful are dealers at fixing these issues? I don't want to walk into the dealership and feel like I'm being a PITA about minor problems.
I had this with a VW once and they actually took care of it.
