NTG 4 issues with mode switching on its own
In the latest round of issues with this thing, whichever COMAND mode it may be in-changer, DVD, nav, memory card..it goes back to the telephone page? And on more than one occasion, it started dialing a number on it's own!
Now because I live in a region where stealer said he cannot update the firmware as the NTG4 was never offered as an option, I'm in a bit of a quandary.
Bedsides the super scary issue above, I have also now got 6 lines on the top 1/3rd of the LCD.
Would this mean an LCD replacement is the only solution? If so, how would I know which one to get as there seem to be 3-4 different LCD versions, without ripping the thing apart?
