Air Balance Package?

I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on the value of the air balance package. For those that have it:
Do you like it?
Can you tell the difference in air quality when not using the perfume?
If you bought a new MB, would you buy this option again?

I've only been able to find a handful of comments on it which have been mixed. I haven't been able to find any "professional" in-depth commentary about it.

I don't think the w204 came with the air balance package as an option...

It's an option on the MB site for the C300...maybe it's new for 2016?

You're in the wrong forum.

Maybe mods can move it to the appropriate section

From what I read it sounds like it comes with a few bottles to start you off then you have to pay like $50 a pop to keep it going. I can see someone getting that with their car and then when the original bottles are gone it would never be used again. Seems like a gimmick to me. I would never pay for it to be put on a car that I was buying new, but everyone is different. How is that different than a Glade plugin or one of those air fresheners you clip onto the the vents.

If you read the MB marketing material they disagree - the specific reason theirs is so "cool" is that their scent will not absorb into your clothing or the materials in the car itself. You can't say that about glade products...
