H+ R Super Sport (4matic question)

I have narrowed my selection down to H+R Super Sports. I ran into a used set of springs, which the owner said was not designed for the 4matic AWD's, but he ran them on his 4matic without issue. He also said its "common" for 4matic guys to run these.

They are part number: 52794-77 with the 1.7" F and 1.8" R drop.

Does anyone have experience or knowledge if this is true? I've seen "4matic only" models but they only offer 1.2" F + R. I'm trying to get as low as possible on springs for now

I have heard you can run them... I cant guarantee that. someone a few weeks ago posted about this same thing and runs them on his 4matic.

Essentially what I'm asking to clarify is who is running "RWD" H+R Super Sports? They give you the larger drop with those springs vs the marketed "AWD" H+ R.

Yes, look back a few weeks, someone is running the setup you're wondering about.
