My new front lip spoiler.
There are several quality carbon fiber front lip spoilers on the market for our facelift W204. However, I often find them extends way too much out from the bumper especially on the edge of two end where it meets the wheels. The front lip spoiler for the pre-facelift models seem to fit much better. After searching for a while, I decided to try out this carbon fiber style plastic lip.

Dam that looks clean! Where did you get it? Any more pics in better lighting? And how's the mounting. Just 3M, or screws as well?

It came with 3M double side adhesive, adhesive promoter, and 8 screws, will require to screw on. They are much more solid and sturdy. More of a permanent installation.

Did they just happen to use your cars pictures or are you selling it now?
Any links to the prefacelift ones? Although I have a lot of winter driving here so IDK if I'm quite up for it.
EDIT: Ok how is that 46 dollars when everything else is like 300 wth

I shall disclose my close friend actually sells them. I am just willing to try it on because I really like the quality after I have seen it in person and did a test fit. So, he used my car pictures on the listing as I am his first customer, haha.
As you can see on the listing, this is a flexible lip spoiler made of some high density plastic with carbon fiber pattern print on it. Similar to EZ lip + carbon fiber vinyl, but with a much more durable material. We tried to use heat gun to torture it and this thing doesn't tear or deform at all. The other $200-300 carbon fiber is mostly made of hard plastic (like fiberglass) with a layer of fiber glass on it. If you hit something with those fiberglass front lips, they may crack right the way. Plus, I just personally don't like the ones that are available for our facelift W204 since they are too thick and stick out too much from the side.
Since this thing is made of pretty sturdy material, you will need to use screws because the 3M double side tape won't be able to hold up at higher speed.
Hope this helps!

Very similar picture with others who install EZ lip on the pre-facelift model. Just the color of finish with carbon fiber pattern and clear coat, more like a real lip than matt plastic door seal weather lip.

Shinj - lip looks good my friend, question on fitment though, did the lip fit exactly to the bumper, or did it have to be boltedin place?
Reason I ask is because I recently bought the following:
http://www.ebmotor.com/mobile/front-...14-p-2091.html
But when my installer held to the bumper, fitment was off. He felt that he could bolt it in place, but I didn't want to go ahead and have him do so until I got input from this board.
Worst case, does your friend have ability to produce for the following bumper:
(I have the bumper on bottom - which seems to be impossible to find a front lip for)
And don't listen to 97 GSX concerning quality of the carbon fiber item - it looks good....he's just negative to everyone on here, he did same to me yesterday....apparently he's an expert on all things Mercedes and if he doesn't like something - then it can't be good....people like him act like his opinion is the golden standard, and if your thoughts/likes do not align with his, he attacks/demeans you/your car.....

If you see the attached ebay listing above. This carbon fiber style product is a flexible plastic stripe so that you will fit/bend it around the bumper. The one that you bought is made of fiberglass, just like other solid plastic which is molded in shape. If they don't fit your bumper, it won't fit unless you modify it. Fiberglass also prone to crack if you hit anything on the freeway and that's why I never put those on it. In addition, those fiber glass front lips for prefacelift and facelift models are different because of the shape of the apron in the middle.
As the flexible are made of sturdy material, it is required to screw on the bumper. The double side tape will not hold the lip at high speed and will eventually comes off. I just use screws (comes with) and some washers. You can also use bolts and self-locking nuts from homedepot.
Hope this help.

Fitment looks very good! I'm sure people will get very good use out of this product.
I am with 97 on this one, I don't think I would be willing unless real carbon fiber, unfortunately that it quite a lot more expensive! Haha.
Overall, it looks like a great product!
I don't see anything wrong with what he said here?
He didn't call anybody out on anything he simply said that he's not putting lookalike carbon fiber under his car. It's his opinion, hell he even said fitment looks good!

PS I forgot that you had 10k HID's as well. Coming from someone who retrofits headlights you just cut your output in half. Anything over 4300k is considered loss of light for color enhancement. Don't listen to me though because my opinion is the "golden standard" and I don't know anything.

W205 19inch ET 44 and 52. It is not exactly the same, but very very close depends on the wheel that you have. You also need to look at the width of the tires. This set of 19inch fits perfectly on my W204.
The headlight is depo. Worked flawlessly for 2.5 years.

Which version of depot? Halogen, HID, or LED? Where did you buy and how much? Thanks

Mine is the first group of shipment back in 2014. I am not sure what they have now. I got it from an ebay seller name fishcake321. Very nice seller. You can find him from this link. Looks like they offer LED version now. I paid around $450 back then.

It is HID version, it came with HID kit installed on it. But I replaced my ballasts last summer, the bulbs are still good.

Hey gorgeous car! Do you know what bulbs came with your headlights and are the ballasts installed as part of the kit you received? I followed that link and it's the cheapest I've been able to find on these with a current sale, but there's no information on if it comes with ballasts installed or what bulbs they are aside from projector. I tried to ask them directly but it says I can't send a message to the seller.
The bulb is 9005. You need to confirm with the seller. I bought it with the intention of having the HID bulb, ballast installed on the headlight already.
