Replacing Transmission Conductor plate
Hi guys,
Ive got a 2010 C250CGI 5G transmission and are trying to replace the transmission conductor plate.
Ive got the part number of 1402701161 to be the plate.
Now, the question is, if I remove this part and replace it with a genuine MB part, is that all I need to do? Do I need to reprogram any thing at all? Is this part like car specific part?

Out Of Control!!
Nope you are good to go,however you will have to use proper diagnostic equipment to clear any and all transmission faults(P07xx) like DAS Xentry or equal!!

Yeh all good.
It was just some scammer service center calling me back to say that it needs to be coded for a specific car. Which I did not believe.
I have replaced it with the brand new Mercedes Genuine part and its working perfect now. I didn't have to do a diagnostic to clear any faults as I did not have any fault to start with. I just had a bit of lose oil at the mechatronic plug.. and replacing the spacer didn't fix the problem. So I decided to replace the plate all together. Seems like a better option than to have transmission problem later down the track.
