Squeaky sound. Need help. 2008 c300 4matic

I need help with my 2008 c300 4matic 24k miles.

I hear squeaky sound when slowly backing up and when im about to park like turning left and right. But if im fully stop and turn the wheels left and right i dont hear it.

I NEED HELP PLS..
