Looking to buy..
In the market for a 204..post facelift for sure. Now with that said the post models have the new turbo except for the v6. How's everyone doing with the turbos? I kind of feel like they haven't been out long enough to tell but forced induction is always questionable. I'd hate to see the price for a repair. I'd love a 350, and a coupe at that but they are harder to find. Drove a 250 coupe yesterday and was surprised how zippy it was for a 1.8.. But that 350 has damn good hp.. So what I'd love to hear from you guys is your thoughts and pros and cons on the 250 vs 300 vs 350 and if they are any major flaws yet with the new turbos. Also it seems these cars can come with a plethora of options. Any ones you guys recommends looking for? I'm digging the paddle shifters and pano roof.

2010 C300 4MATIC........ 2011 C63 AMG.............. 2015 CLS400 4MATIC.....
Red leather > Depends on your age LOL
Since you are florida I recommend a 350. From what is sounds like, that would be the option you would have the most fun with. 300 is best option with AWD, and 250 is the eco option that can keep up [mostly].

...just to give you an idea, but I'm personally partial to 2-tone interiors at the moment.
...and with the panoramic moon roof, it gives it a much more open air feel.

De gustibus non est disputandum amigo...........
Yes, the 1.8 turbo can be described as "zippy"...........
Since Summer, 2014 my C250 Coupe has been my weekend/dress-up car......probably nicest looking of all I've owned......'69 Corvette, 74 Porsche et al ad nauseum........
I went the CPO route, you may want to check that out.
At any rate, you'll like the fuel numbers on the Interstate at sane speeds (I've calc'd just under 35 on a 450 round trip to Carmel just after purchase).
all the best,

2010 C300 4MATIC........ 2011 C63 AMG.............. 2015 CLS400 4MATIC.....
With my 2010 C300 4MATIC I can clock in at nearly 30MPG for less than an hour highway driving [my daily commute]. I expect better for facelifts. Also 4MATIC gets a bit less MPG than RWD, maybe like 1 mpg.
Here are facelift numbers:
2012+ C250 = 201HP
2013+ C300 Should be same as prefacelift C350, detuned @ 248HP
2012+ C350 = 301HP, prefacelift is like 268HP.
I stand with what I said, you would like a optioned out c350 coupe IMO.
I love my c300. Balanced everything. Grip is awesome.

Starting in 3013 the C300 went to the 3.5 liter engine and it is 248 horsepower. Essentially a detuned C350. Get that and an aftermarket tune and you can get the best of both worlds: save a some money and still get the performance. They are very easy to find too.

Yea my daily commute is a mixed bag. So that could be a good option. Not sure how I feel about the detuned engine though. That was my gripe why I got a w203 C320 over the c240. 248hp is over all the stuff I've had anyway. And mercedes new engines are pretty damn good

Then just be patient until you find what you want. Why buy something if you won't be totally happy with it? You did that once before and still regret it.
If you are looking at Mercedes dealers just tell them exactly what you want and they can find it for you. Many independent dealers are like that too. Mercedes seems to have a disproportionate amount of cars that are leased, so there are always a lot of fresh stock available.

2014 C300 Sport
I am 26 and LOVE my 2014 C300 Sport. Needed a few mods to make me happy, but now it handles better, and the exhaust sounds pretty awesome.
As far as interior, I have the leather with the suede centers, red seat belts, red double stitching everywhere, AMG steering wheel, aluminum trim, and suede door panels. The interior sold me.

whats everyone's views on the looks of the 4 door vs the 2? coupe naturally looks great but something about the 4 door looks beefy/muscular.

Also hows everyone luck with maintenance costs? I've owned mercedes for the almost 9 years I could drive. Through 4 models I've done everything myself. No major problems. I think the most expensive was solenoid work in my C320 tranny.. Probably 250ish in work...ive seen a few online sources stating the w204 is expensive, but I'm not sure if they are just saying that because "it's a mercedes".
