Type of Rim

I'm looking for a type of rim but I can't seem to find it...

I'm gonna have to describe it to you guys.

Black/gray finish
Looks like a bunch of thin leaves.

It looks like these: http://vossenwheels.com/Gallery/File...600&quality=75

But with more spokes, and leaf shape not just straight. They are curved in this way though.

~anyone know?~

Thanks for looking Mr.B, but none of those is the one.

I want to say it is vossen, and I swear I remember seeing them on a w205...but I went through their site and I couldn't find it.

They aren't those. How come you never posted pics of those on your car?

Also they were something like the image I first found, but when I mean leaf I mean like a very thin teardrop.

So like this:

http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/series-p2/p200

Or this:

http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/classic-series/300m

Or this:

http://purwheels.com/wheels/wheels_detail/rs/RS22/87

But with more spokes I'm guessing? Because if it's with more spokes it ends up looking like this:

http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/vintage-series/501m

Edit:

I also though about these from Z-Performance when I re-read your post about the spokes being in that angled position

http://www.z-performance.com/index.p...product_id=208

No, none of those, thanks for trying. The rims have single spokes, as in they dont have any extra diagonal pieces. Each spoke is just a single one, no extra branches ._. If that makes sense.

And yes, they have more spokes.

I'm still looking as well, I might have to try and photoshop what I'm looking for...

Well like I said I remember seeing it on a w205...so I google searched 'w205 aftermarket wheel' to get to the w205 wheel thread, and just before I clicked the link I decided to click google images....so like the 10th post down or something, I think I found them.

http://oldsite.adv1wheels.com/gallery/mercedes/mercedes-c-class-adv15r-mv2-sl-polished-aluminum-gloss-clear-face-gloss-black-windows-gloss-black/

I'm on mobile but I can't see what wheels those are (model). All I know is they are adv1 now. Hopefully they come in matte gray / anthracite / black.

I'm pretty sure those are the ones. Otherwise they are VERY CLOSE. Like I said I was sort of expecting tear drop/leaf blade shape so if any of you know, let me know lol.

That wheel model is the ADV15R. It comes it many different configurations and trims. The one you posted above is a 2-piece SL (Superlight) version.

Below is a 3-piece CS (Competition Spec) version. if you want to learn more about this wheels then please PM or email me. Here at Wheels Boutique we are Adv.1's largest distributor in the world.

Lololol!

Man come spring I'm going to have to start my build thread, I already have a few things...I mean I could start it now, but it would be a bit shallow until we build up to it :3 idk what do you think?

Thanks thewb, but these rims are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and only come in 20's....

I feel like that is a pic of an E not a C....either way they'll look too big for the w204.

So lets go replicassssssssssssss! Or something similar! If any of you are willing, help me try and find a similar rim! /The search continues/

You have to pay to play. The picture above is of an S-Class Coupe. All of Adv.1's wheels are custom made meaning you can have the wheel anywhere from 18"-24"

So I was looking for rims and I found a similar-ish one that I like..

coincidentally xEryx posted it and he has them already....show me pics!

From the photo you sent it didn't look similar lol.

How are they? Is yours staggered?

These are similar-er but not quite the "pop"

They're great. 19x8.5 235/35R19 squared. I recommend 225s if you plan to lower on H&R SS with 5mm rear pads cause it can rub with load and big dips. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/resul...ar=Sport+Sedan
Got them with Continental DWS06 and 4 TireRack TPMS, mounted and balanced for $1900. By spending $200 for TireRack TPMS it saves you the cost of having to get the them mounted and balanced yourself, all you have to do is put them on the car. Also bolts that come are Cone seat so you have to use their chrome ones, can't use OEM Ball seat.

I didn't want to post pics yet cause car is not completely done/more blacked out, but I guess I have to
Also no decent high quality day pics, just some I screenshot of a snapchat vid.

Edit: They look like crap so I'll take some this afternoon.

Ok thanks.

I won't be lowering, it's low enough imo haha. The lip and stuff will make it lower tho :S

Problem is they aren't staggered. I wanted to run at least 265's in the rear.

Why would you stagger? Is not like you need the grip, being able to rotate should be better.

I'll post the close up here, I'll post the full car in the Pic Thread since I've never done it before

If you open them in a new tab they will not be upside down.

I think he is referring to rotating the tires to different corners, not how the car would rotate going around a turn.

Yes he means rotating the tires.

One of the big euro things to do is have wide tires in the back (for looks, but I do occasionally need the 'extra' traction :P)

The wheels look AMAZING, I love the pics in the picture thread. The fact that they aren't staggered is just a bad thing for me, I can't get thru the idea of having staggered OEM winter and then squared summers

They'll definitely be on the list though, so the search continues. If I don't find anything better, they will be the ones. Also how come tirerack doesn't have a staggered option? FoRealz??

Once again car looks great!

Thanks!

TireRack only does same sizes as selling staggered rims requires more inventory and hassle. You are going to have to order them from somewhere else so it will be more expensive.

So any other places to order better priced rims? Other than tirerack and discountwheelwarehouse?

Still eyeing those Verde's. Would like to see more options though.

Won't really find much cheaper as they are pretty cheap already. The good thing about TireRack is that they package everything which saves you cost during installation.
