Greetings all: Yesterday set out to flush my coolant. Removed the plastic shroud(s) under the engine, and found the radiator drain - driver's (left) side. The WIS clearly indicates a 90 degree turn of the drain valve handle, so the flats on the handle go from horizontal to vertical - makes sense. Problem is, no fluid came out. I figured there might be some sludge in the passage (the bore of the drain is pretty small), so tried to clear same with a piece of 10 gauge solid copper wire, and then an allen wrench - no dice. I hit something solid (felt like plastic) in BOTH positions of the valve. What am I missing?
