My local mom and pop upholstery shop would make your seat as good as new.

Seriously, find a recommended upholstery shop close by and take your car to them. Tell them how you want it to look when their complete.

Relax and keep your wallet nearby.

If you have a relationship with a body shop ask them who they go to. I had the same problem with my wife's Subaru the rear cushion was separating at a seam, so I asked a local body shop. They turn me onto a small shop who fixed it in a day.
