2012 C250 Sedan Wheel size questions!!

Got a question about rims, I have a 2012 C250 Sedan with 17" wheel and I am looking to purchase a new set of 18" from ebay (see link below). All 4 rims are 18" X 8", can all 4 rims be the same size?! I know for a fact that my OEM 17" front and rear have a different width. I need help, I really like the set of rims I am looking at..... HELP!

Yes they can all be the same. Luxury trim has all the same and there is no mechanical difference between the Sport and Luxury.

You would think the Luxury version would have a stiffer front sway bar to compensate for understeer that square set up bring.... or at least less stiff rear sway bar.

There are definite suspension differences that provide a lower and harsher ride on the Sports version, but there is no mechanical differences that would be negatively affected by a squared setup on a Sport like the transmission or something.
