i do.
mine is due 30 dec 2014.
although i will chnage for march 2015 delivery as i am away whole of feb.
did u go for 18 or 19 wheels?
i went for c220 though.. i felt the 19 was sluggish on c220 and the ride was very hard on standard steel sport suspension.
did you have experience in test drive?

I ordered a c250 airmatic in September, dealer confirmed this week it's still a November build with delivery now first 2 weeks January, I was concerned about delays with the airmatic but he said my vehicle isn't showing any. I did go a little crazy ticking options so if any car deserves to be delayed then mine does.

On UK builds airmatic wasn't started being fitted until November, I've gone for AMG line so it has 18" wheels and all options except 360 camera and the perfume dispenser, I don't believe acoustic glass is a separate option.

Well my W205 has Airmatic delivered August SA build.

All I can go on is what the dealer says. Originally I was told airmatic Q1 15, then changed to main production starting November maybe you got a limited run. When ordering in September the dealer did not have access to an airmatic demonstrator and only found one airmatic at a Newcastle dealer. So you were lucky with an August build.

Airmatics are rolling off the SA production line without issue & have been for a long while.
As I have noted before on other threads, dealers invent all sorts of excuses to fob off the customer.
We have heard all sorts of nonsense from, Germany is building more advanced models & experiencing delays to component delays.
The SA plant did suffer a short lived Metal Workers Union strike which Benz put to bed swiftly. That mainly effected supply of bodies but for a short period. Benz SA likes to build to order for obvious reasons. Prior to launch East London does build a large initial quantity for stock but they don't like doing this because it causes a potential old & slow stock situation with many of the wrong cars in the wrong places vs orders. Europe, SA, Australia etc is more accustomed to ordering what they want by ticking specific boxes from the extensive options list & waiting for their customised car to be built. The US market tends to operate on more of an instant gratification model where people select vehicles from large dealer inventories. Benz has never really liked operating like this but bends to market pressure. One of the reasons that MBUSA offers packages & less in the way of individual options. This is fortunately Tuscaloosa's problem going forward with W205.

Have ordered a C300 hybrid with airmatic. Dealer saying it will be here in April at the earliest, although he says that is due to the 360 camera.
TBF the latest price list does have both 360 camera and airmatic as "Expected availability from Q1 2015".

My order was delayed by a month after adding Airmatic, although the dealer never specified what caused the extra delay. I'm hopeful of a Feb delivery, which makes it a six month wait.

Totally agree that 5 months is an age for a car these days. I think I could have had a pretty good go at it myself in that time.
Apologies, my 'pretty good though' was more a reference to what I thought of the car rather than the glacial pace they've been moving at to build the bloody thing
