Wiper blade got broken in a hand car wash, went to halfords, allwoods, motorsave, not one stocked the number plates. Gotta go to Mercedes on Monday morning, WTF!

That sounds funny. My wiper blades broke and I couldn't find the number plates in the store.

Just checked Halfords online with my reg, no problem shows same blade as the previous model W204 which is wrong W204 was a 24" blade W205 is a 22" blade

I need the drivers blade asap as can't drive in the rain without it, plus would probably get sent wrong one

Nothing, I just want a drivers side wiper blade lol. Looks like its only MB who has them

Not quite sure I understand your problem. Is it that you can't buy aftermarket blades or because you need to buy MB blades?

Benz genuine blades are excellent.

Just been to main dealers, they haven't got any, looks like rain, so working from home. MB hoping to get blades in overnight.

No wiper blades in a place like the UK ~ dear me!

One thing I've noticed with the genuine blades is you have far less stiction, judder issues even when silicone or mineral deposits are on the glass.

Whilst driving on the motorway, the wiper linkage broke, this made both wipers get caught together and threw one across the motorway.
Luckily the wiper arm became broken so didnt scratch screen. Anycase with one wiper i managed to limp across to dealer.


Linkage was replaced, however they didnt have any wiper blades and had to take two off of a new car in the showroom (this was about 3 months ago) !
