C200 dyno tune.
C200 petrol on the rollers. Made pretty much a 60bhp gain. Loads more power at top end and even more torque lower down too. It's about C300 performance now I supposed.

You have my car! lol... I feel also that the C200 is weak at higher revs. Fine around town but on the motorway, slow. Where did you have this done? (PPCGB on the wall?) I ran my VIN through a checker the other day and one of the listed 'features' was 'Engine with Reduced Performance'. I'd be quite happy to lose that option.

Yeah at stock it did feel fine until you rev'ed it out a bit, like to overtake, and the power tailed off a bit. That's fixed now. The car actually feel quite fun to drive using paddle shifters now. I got it done at a place in Sunderland.

Ok so it's an engine tune or ecu remap in other words. It's probably best to google car engine remapping if you're not familiar with it.
Apologies if you didn't know, your post sounded like you were being sarcastic

The re-map will modify various 'settings' for things like boost, fuel quality, air quality etc to get the most from the engine.
A C200 petrol have pretty much the same engine as the C250, so it's probably got 20bhp+ in the bag to begin with. This might be the 'engine with reduced performance' thing.
The dyno is used to assess how the standard map works and the obviously how well the modified map is working. By seeing the power curves on the graph, you can there's no drop off's or lumpy delivery in power etc.

It must be very similar to the C300, as they're both 1991cc turbo units. The new M274 engine I think. It he same engine that appears in some Infinity cars, as part of Merc and Renault group engine sharing.
There must be a little bit of a difference though, maybe a bigger turbo on the C300, or larger front intercooler rather than a small one on top.
