Sorry can't find much.

May order and mid December delivery date expect this to be a MY16 ?

Not sure if it will be a MY15.

C300h Sport Prem Plus
I have just received my C300 hybrid - ordered March. It is a MY16 - all cars built after June will be MY16. There are very few differences - mainly exterior chrome styling. The e-brochure on the MB UK website is the MY16.

on less chrome inside and out. I hope this applies to U.S. cars. If only they would delete the chrome strip on the boot and on the lower front air dam. At least you can order without the boot badges for the first time in the U.S.
