Hello,
This MB forum looks to hold the best group of enthuses who think outside the box. So here goes, I have deleted the resonators for straight pipe and still doing my homework on a good set of mufflers...easy stuff.


I am in the very early stages of doing my due diligences with the below link that will include fishing for some feedback from you guys. 3-5psi seems like a lot pressure to me and making this type of modification is outside my confront zone. I met with a tune shop in Houston and they told after installation of the turbo harness I will need a tune. In addition, they tell me they can reverse back to OEM settings within minutes if issues were to arise.


Can the engine handle the extra hp/pressure?
Has anyone made similar revisions using a turbo harness?
Pros/cons?
Could I be over thinking this?

had this tune installed for about a month now, and its worth it. engine handles it perfectly fine, i think it even improved the fuel economy. very noticeable turbo boost gains, accelerates much faster. its completely irreversible, its a matter of 30 seconds to unplug it. it only took 20 mins to set it up on mine in the shop.
