2017 C-300 coupe's door length?

I am seriously considering trading in my Z4 for t 2017 C-300 coupe when it comes available this spring. However, I am somewhat concerned about whether or not there will be enough room in my garage to open the driver side door enough for easy entry and exit. I must park the car to the right of my wife's car and need to know the C-300's door length to see if the door will open wide enough. My Z4's door length is 44" and only occasionally poses a slight problem if the space between the cars is not wide enough. I've done a lot of googling, but couldn't find the coupe's dimensions, maybe someone here can help me.

No idea on door lengths but don't rid the Z4 for a run of the mill coupe! Especially don't move from a 6cyl to a 4cyl they're worlds apart, I know, I have both.

Hey Maniac, I do appreciate what you have to say. And believe me, it will be tough to let my Z4 baby go, but I do have reasonable reasons. Had it from the beginning, but now that I'm a bit older (77 and have had almost all my joints replaced,) its becoming a little tougher getting in and out of the car. Also, as I've been an avid sunbather all my life, I am now paying the skin cancer price and can't drive with the top down anymore.

I know that although the 2017 C-300 coupe will not handle like my Z4, it still should be a reasonably nice drive given its better configuration than the earlier C-300 coupe. As for power, the coupe probably won't be much different than my Z4's (only 2.5l,) although the Z4's tranny and engine is smoother than that of the coupe. And. lastly, but certainly not least, I still have my ATS Lux which, believe it or not, handles as well, if not better than the BMW...and certainly is faster.

Of course, I have also been looking at the BMWs 228 and 428. But the draw of C-300's , IMO, superior interior and exterior looks (and hopefully easier entrance/exit) and my willingness to give up some of the BMW's better drive characteristics, heavily leans me towards the luxury sportiness of the C-300...

All good points of course it's all about your own needs at the end of the day.

I'd expect the coupe to be a little low too but perhaps not Z4 low.

I'm 45 but suffer with a herniated disc so I know where you're coming from.

I've seen the coupe in the flesh and wasn't as blown away as when I'd seen it on pics but perhaps it's a grower.

Well, if i feel the same way when I see the coupe in the flesh, I'll then reconsider one of the BMWs...
