I would re-route / add protection to the lines adjacent to the control arms... Rubbing across the edge won't end well..

That is so cool. I would have gotten a C63 if I knew it could be retrofitted for air

Do you notice an improvement in ride quality when it's "up"?

When it's full bags it's a bit stiff but lowered its very comfortable. My wife told me she likes it much better than the lower Ling springs I had before. It's much more like OEM except that the control arms seems to be hitting when I go low low, I need to have that checked out.

Carbon

Got myself a new spoiler from The Carbon Haus. Fitment is the best I have seen so far. Quality is out of this world. Very very light weight. Looks amazing !!

Can you post picks in all three positions? Actually quite interested in how they all look. Congrats BTW. It makes you wheels look way better.

Is that an aftermarket inter cooler too?

The factory one I have has plastic upper and lower with the Aly core by BEHR...

Yours I notice is all Alu, unclear if larger volume etc...

Tks for clarifying

Yup it's a custom intercooler too. Same size but much better cooling effect.

Care to share the supplier?

Re improved cooling, with same volume ,aside from the caps being Alu and a heat sink , how is it improved (different core structure?) and do you have any info on temp reduction on consecutive pulls etc?

I know the CLA benefits greatly from an upgraded IC but that's air to air... (Same engine)....
Also I live in tropical Queensland so improved cooling capacity is relevant..

Hence my curiosity here...

Thanks for any information...

Yes I did most of the testing myself using OBD2. Approx 10 degrees cooler than OEM. Contact Narry from this site. He sold it to me. I can pm u his details if needed.

looks sweet, congrats.
How's the ride quality? I've always prefered coilovers, as bags tend to be wobly and unstable; is it so on your setup?

not wobly at all. The bags are on coilovers so I can control pretty much everything.. Level 2 is close to OEM, a little more stiff.. Level 3 is fully raised and its a bit stiff as the bags are completely full...

I was pleasantly surprised when I first drove the car.. My buddy borrowed the car for 2 weeks while I was in Europe and he is now getting air on his car too.. Its the best of 2 worlds really..

how fast does it raise?
any chance you could shoot a short video?

Just wondering - is your factory warranty now void?

Is that the RES exhaust downpipe I've seen on taobao? How much was it and how do you like it? Has the exhaust note changed at all?

I'll have to look into that intercooler too. Thanks for the updates!

I was going to buy a stone racing one from Taiwan but it's crazy ridiculously expensive so I considered the RES one but not sure of the quality.

Sure I'll post this weekend !
Don't know about warranty. My dealer in shanghai isn't very strict. But I assume if anything happens to suspension then yes it's void. On my old w204 I had several bearings replaced due to the fact my car was slammed but shop replaced all under warranty.

Down pipe isn't from RES. This one has a cell which is from Japan.
Sound is a bit more throaty and it fart's a bit more on sports +.
Power feels good. I'm not sure how much extra u get but I'm happy with the result. I only had had it for a few days so let's see. I know with my intercooler it took at least 2 days for my car to feel different. I think the software takes time to "learn" about modifications. I have not idea. I'm not a techie.

The intercooler is plug and play. All fittings are same as OEM same for down pipe.

Hope you get some videos up.
