My car didn't run for a while as i have a second car.It is winter here,so very cold and a few days ago i started the engine to get it running from time to time.
At start i got the same message but while running the engine the warning disappeared.
I did a search on the web and looks like the w205 doesn't have an auxiliary battery so the warning could be caused by other things.

Aux battery dash message disappeared but took to dealers anyway. It appears the message means a capacitor associated stop start function faulty, they replaced capacitor.
