E class hoodlatch works on a w203 C32 with aftermarket CLK grill
I used a E class hood latch handle to open my hood since the C32 OEM hood latch was a tad short...pretty much plug and play for my aplication.

modifications to the C32 only will be limited probably only to ECU, Pulleys, Headers, clutch bearing replacement, and Filters. Oh and glycol contamination. all the rest are the same as the W203 which is already listed under DIY in the W203 section.
If you can just organize the the above mentioned I think it will be enough. For me I search all the rest other than the above mentioned in the w203 forum.
