It seems to be held to the head light housing at 3 ball joint locations. They can be pulled out with some light amount of force.

Pic of the lower head light with the mounting holes.

Drilling the mounting hole location is probably the most important part of the whole project. Your drill location will determine how much rotational adjustment you have to do later. So take your time

i discovered having the screws faced inward was better. This way i can make any adjustments by using a philips screw driver

pic of it lit up

here's a wall shot. As you can see i fixed the rotational angle.

The camera was set on auto with no flash. The beam is a lot more blue in real life.

Right now i jb welded the screws today. I ordered some oem nissan head light sealant, to seal up the head lights. Hopefully i can have them mounted later this weekend
That's a clean and sharp cut off. I guess that's the difference between OEM projectors and aftermarket Chinese made projectors. I'm prety happy with my cut offs and output tho, I mean compared to my clears + HID combo before.

BTW, you should've bought the OEM BIX looking DEPO headlights. What you have are the E looking ones. All they have now locally here are the E looking ones too and that's when I decided to install my projectors in my clears since I knew it would've looked the same after the projectors were installed.

i probably couldnt fit the tsx hid projectors in the depo ones. The reason i choose the eagle is because they were cheaper and there was lot of room in the back to basically fit almost any hid projector. The tsx projector was significanty wider then the projectors that were in there.

I kinda wanted mine to look different from everyone elses, so thats why i added the e46 shrouds.

You can really tell just from pics, you gotta put your car next to like a s2000 or a ls430. You'll notice the hid projector beam is a lot wider and brighter then your halogens. But the cut of on your halogens is really good, for a halogen projector.

there's a slight flare on a lot of tsx projectors because the shield itself is reflective which is gives off a slight flare. Its more pronouced in that pic because of the camera settings and the fact i'm using cheap chinese bulbs which aren't built to oem spec.

Oem bulb would reduce or get rid of the flare. it doesnt effect light output or blind drivers so its not really a big deal.

How exactly did you Shave The Glare lines off of the Lenses and still get them so clear?

you can just sand off the lines...similar to how you restore head light with the yellow on them. its more clear but not as clear as a head light that came clear in the first place.

i'm working on a another retro soon with completely clear head light covers.

Looks Great!! , But could you have just done the Color Mod to the TSX's and saved money and time?

About the aftermarket lenses with the lines.......
Could you have just taken the OEM Benz Lenses off of the Stock housings and fit them on the aftermarket retro'd housings? ..... Or do they not line up properly?

well the tsx's and s2k's are distinctly different. The tsx has the widest single xenon beam, but the s2k almost has as wide of a beam but has more intensity and color.

Its just like all v6's are different, you can't put a e46 m3 head and put it onto a c32 and expect it to rev to 8k. The reflector bowl of the projector has more of impact on beam width and intensity.

After far as the head light covers, the oem benz covers aren't completely clear either. They come with the vertical glare lines thats designed to reduce glare and kill the hid flicker color.
