2002 C32 AMG
Which Behr radiator?
Auto Parts Warehouse shows three different Behr radiators that are supposedly for "All Submodels; All Engines" for 2002 C32 AMG.
One of them has "Fit Note: OEM 2035000100, W203 Chassis".
Another one has "Fit Note: OEM#: 2035000503, W203 Chassis".
The third has "Fit Note: Optional with 203 500 05 03".
The label on the Valeo radiator in my C32 has 2035000703. Note "Seven-oh-three". Does anyone know which of the three -- if any -- Behr radiators is the "correct" replacement for my stock radiator? The last thing I want to do is guess, then end up returning it if it's not the right one. If none of those three radiators is the right one, can anyone point me to a source for the correct one? (Preferably not an MB dealer.)
Edit:
A thought occurred to me. Perhaps the Valeo 203 500 07 03, which is what is in my 2002 C32, is the updated radiator that MB started installing in the late 2003 models. Anyone know?

Please see splinter's excellent DIY: Radiator replacement for various part numbers and photos of the DIY.

Seems the current MB PN is 203 500 42 03.
Be aware some W203 replacement radiators are merely single core.
Though they’ll slip into place okay, they’re best avoided owing to their lack of sufficient heat dissipation capabilities during full tilt operation or in warmer climes.
Note the aforementioned amateurish DIY omitted mention of the attached OE heat exchanger since an aftermarket unit had previously been fitted.
boohooramblers!! How have you been? Trust your additional postgraduate PhD studies are going well.
Know you’ve an open invitation when you’re back in the States to catch up over a pint or two.

The C32 community will always have the latest information on hand when splinter is around!
Hi splinter - great to hear from you! Things are going great - one baby (son) down, and one more year of medical school to go!
Thanks for the invite! I will definitely take you up on your offer for a 'few' pints when I get back State-side.
[apologies to the OP for the thread-jack!]
