Replacing supercharger pulley bearing
I need help in removing my supercharger pulley. I need to replace the bearing. I have the replacement bearing but i am having a hard time to remove the pulley off the shaft. Engine is cold, removed the bolt and washer but it still won't budge. I tried pulling on it and tapping with a rubber mallet but still no movement. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

when the bearing goes bad it seeps grease onto the s/c shaft and it burns and adheres to the pulley and shaft keep working at it. try a dead blow hammer but dont hit the face of the pulley as it could damage the shaft. try tapping and rotating the pulley and work it back and forth. it may take a while

Thanks, finally got it off. You were right that the grease got on the shaft and it was stuck on pretty good. I had to use a 2 jaw puller to get it off. A little bit of damage to the ribs on the pulley but dressing it up with a file can fix it. thanks again 320 dreamer.
