Kleemann Headers RHD C55
Hi Guys, I purchased a set of Kleemann headers from Cory a few months back, and I finally had a chance to fit them.
I was advised by Kleemann USA that there may need some mods required to fit the headers on my car as it is RHD. But fortunatley they fit with no modifications, bolted straight up cleared the steering, there were mods needed to get the cat replacement pipe to fit but this was expected.
So for anyone out there looking for headers for their RHD C55 do it!!!
Contact Cory he will look after you and organise international shipping to you super quick.

Im in Adelaide, car goes noticably faster. I've cut out the resonator, left the secondaries in place, marginally louder at idle and cruise, but once you get on the gas it sounds awesome.
It took around 12 hours in install, he remade the dumps in stainless, changed my plugs and leads while he was there and it ended up costing $900 (I supplied all the parts). He's not the fastest worker but does an excellent job.
Just waiting on Eurocharged to organise my tune at the moment.
Im also making a custom Renntech style airbox at the moment so I'll see how it all goes.

Im hoping to do an before and after dyno my Eurocharged tune. I'll be doing it on a dyno dynamics dyno which i think read a bit lower than the dyno's you use over in the US.
Im thinking 240kw or around 330hp after tune.

Almost forgot...make sure your laptop has a full battery or that you have a cord and your charger if you will be doing a custom tune, start to finish with 5 flashes and 15 pulls, my custom tune took almost 3 hrs. BAD time to run out of battery!

I've done a remote dyno tune with them and it went flawlessly. From what I recall of the process (had an all-nighter the night before...I HIGHLY discourage this ) they will have you do your baseline pulls and then have you email the results to them. Then you wait (eagerly, lol) about 20-30 minutes or so, probably a lot less if you are not doing a custom tune, and they will take control of your laptop remotely, load some files on your desktop, have you plug in to the OBD port and upload the tune. Disconnect from ODB, redyno and repeat if tweaking the file even more. Now that I have the remote cable, I'm planning on getting the Eurotuner so I can have a 93 AND a race gas tune Eurocharged FTW

Hows your larger intake going, I started this too but may endup just buying a renntech, bit skeptical about the 20+ hp out of a higher volume air box.

I've just received my headers today.
I have organised to have them installed on the 9th May so just under 2 weeks time.
its good to know that they fit a RHD.
i'll be getting a EC tune done shortly after too, which should hopefully maximise any results gained from the headers.

I think the best and easiest tune for your C55!!
Software +Kleemann headers (+ a TCU-tune for a bit faster gearchanges).
Had my resonator cut out (with orig. second cats in place), but for my taste
too loud with drone so soon I put it right back on.
Deeper, throathier sound than original now, especially when you hit it.
It gives you well over 410 hp. Compare to F1 Medical Car C55 with AMG´s
own headers with all cats in place plus their software = 400 hp.
Perfect set-up for this car in my opinion!
