EVOlution 3 aftercooler? what is it

i thought it was the sl55 splitter or the upgraded intercooler but tose are listed seperate so whats the aftercooler? where under hood..pics?

It is a stock housing with Laminova cores.

No, windshield washer will retain it's function.
