Another Supercharger Cutting Out Problem

Another Supercharger Cutting Out Problem
Hello,
I am hoping someone on here can assist me. I have been using the search feature and have went through all the fixes I can find on here, so I have been trying to address the issue.
Here is the background on my car in case it is needed. 2002 C32 AMG. About 25k miles ago it was completely stock and then had a fairly extensive build on it, but has gave no issues since until now. As for modifications it has Dashdaq XL, Kleeman Supsersport Camshafts, Bilstein suspension, Johnson IC Pump, 181 mm Pulley and Tune from Eurocharged, TCU tune, and of course all of the smaller things that those mods entail. Also had a new Torque Convertor and Supercharger(stock) installed at the time. About 6k ago I upgraded plugs and wires, new ignition coils, new serpentine belt and guide pulley, filters etc.
Now for the issue. I was driving of course like many others and experienced the loss of power after driving a bit. It was the supercharger not engaging. Then after a bit, it would come back, then shut down after a bit, and so on. From everything I have read, it sounded as though it was an intercooler pump issue. So even though the pump only had 25k or so on it, I went through the less costly steps first, fuse and relay replacement. That still did not fix the issue, so I ordered another pump and installed it today. Well took it out and drove hard for a bit and thought it was going pretty well, then it happened again. Very briefly this time as opposed to before it seemed, but it still happened twice in about 15 minutes of moderately hard driving.
Now I have no codes, no idling issues, no out of place noises, nothing else whatsoever. What other issue could this be? Does the MAP sensor have any impact on the SC engaging? Or do I need to reset the battery after replacing the pump and relay? The car runs normally otherwise, no weird rpm issues, just a hot supercharger shutting off until if cools down. Any help would be so greatly appreciated, thank you.

I am working on learning how to use the data logging. I have owned the car two years but actually never used the Dashdaq for data logging purposes before now. It timed here for a few days so I couldn't go out and really get on it. The rain has passed so I will try this evening to get the IAT. As far as codes, there are no codes triggered. No check engine lights either. Could it be an electrical connection to the IC pump being loose? Although I wired the new one in place, I did not follow the connection all the way to the power supply to make sure there were no issues.
