C32 lagging on acceleration
When I hit the accelerator from 1st gear to 2nd gear, I get some king of lag. Not sure if is a issue with stock intake or throttle body, but I don't get the lag when accelerating slowly.
Has anybody had this issue ?

I turned it off the engine and parked for 1 hour, after that stared up the engine again, and power was back to normal.
No engine light, no codes.
any suggestion of what could it be the issue ?

Sounds like it could be a gas pedal issue. This car has an electronic throttle, and when it fails it goes to 'limp mode'. You can shut off the car and reset it immediately, which it will now work normally. But it will come back in time by doing the same thing, or getting a reading that is out of spec for the throttle. This will only show a code if the car is left running and the codes pulled. If you shut it off, the code is not stored.
In my case, punching the throttle fast would throw it in limp mode. A new throttle pedal fixed it. It's one 10mm head bolt and a wire connector to replace. Ebay has used units for about $30. Not a bad way to test the throttle, or fix it.
A bad IC pump will show itself under long pulls by overheating the IC cooling system. This removes the supercharger from action until the IC/SC cooling system, and intake air temperature, cools down. Shutting the car off and starting again does not allow the cool down, so the problem will remain. Parking the car for an hour may clear this issue. But if you warm the car up, and make a long pull, it will cut off the SC again.
If you have an OBD2 port reader dongle, and app like 'OBDFusion' you can track intake air temps through your smart phone, and you will see if your pump is running and keeping the intake air about 30 degrees above ambient temp. If it exceeds I think 180 degrees, it will cut the SC off, and you will lose power.
Totally different symptoms from both items. Test and let us know what you find.
