Directions: Sliding cup holder cover (found and works)
Just wanted to pass this link along. I am not sure how I located, but worked like a charm. The whole process took around 15 minutes. No need to remove the cigarette lighter (just push everything down in that area and the new cover can slide over it.

The replacement part came right from ebay and less than $40 shipped.
