I have now switch to a renntech supercharger the charger is stripped down to check all seals and gaskets and bearings its now at the stage for polishing and should be back today hopefully assembled tonight and install should be next week
Thanks to 2PRECISE who is doing the install he knows these things pretty good
I've also installed kw coil overs.

You are in great hands with Alex. He knows his stuff. Are you selling the Kleemann sc? The autorotor is much better than the renntech

[I]The switch was caused by my buddy Alex
He is really picky about parts and the way things are made he is a machinist and everything has to be perfect. My car has lots of renntech parts and I just wanted to make it all renntech .
The supercharger has been trough the mill and is now getting closer to be complete.
Its been completely overhauled and upgraded.ported and polished inside out.
Take a look here.

The Kleeman Charger deal did not materialized.
I know everyone wants certain products on their cars,
I'm building the car the way I want it, if you like those products then by all means use them,Yet no one puts out the time and effort not forgetting the cost of Renntech products.
we are all on this forum to share info so, if no one tries different products and their reliabilities and performance one will know what a particular product can or cannot do if not done right.
So lets wait and see what this thing does and perform before bashing it.
I'm also building a 2000 which no one has done .
Honestly if I did not buy the Renntech charger and found a HPS that is what I would have bought.
My Buddy Alex figured out all the fixes for the HPS and his worked great.!!!

^^ I think I read somewhere that if you get the hps generation 1, you'll be fine. It's the gen 2 that has a lot of problems. I just can't remember where I read it.

Well if I did do the HPS it would be the gen2 if done properly its very reliable plus we wanted to to methanol injection,But on the Renntech there is no room for it their tolerance is too tight.
Since the heads had been polished and ported last week we did the Magna flow muffler and left the res in the middle and this thing just changed everything
I'm going to have serious traction issues my car even without the Renntech intake pulls harder than before. Traction control light flashes all the way to 100km.

Hmm, looks like there is plenty of hp to free up in the heads before going the S/C way.

It seems that these heads are somewhat rough from casting and the differential with the smaller ratio docent help either I think that is why the E55 is geared different and pulls longer then these 55 swap.
Alex has a CLK55 differential already done with Quaife so hopefully we can fit that without any difficulties axles will be custom made too handle the power.
We will be doing a custom intercooler next.
I'm getting somewhat impatient but we're hoping to do this once and do it right so I'm sitting and waiting patiently.
I said to the lord. Grant me patience Lord... BUT HURRY....!

Thanks for asking
I'm now in the Caribbean and on vacation its also a busy time of the year for me as I've
got the opportunity to do the Targa Newfoundland again this year.
For those of you who don't know what that is, Well its a rally that is held in Newfoundland Canada yearly where all the roads are closed for the entire week when the races are on
drivers come from around the world
The race usually covers about 2500km.
I will have to drive from Toronto to Newfoundland race for the week and drive back to Toronto I'll be driving a Porsche 911 Turbo S . I may not drive the course I may navigate which I hate.
Hopefully all goes well.
Once I get back to Toronto I'll get cracking on the Supercharger install.

Sounds awesome, wish you a safe race and if possible snap some pictures. Seems like something to see.
