A critical component within the drivetrain that serves as a vibration and torsion damper, the flex discs bolted between the transmission output shaft and the propeller shaft as well as the propeller shaft and the differential, can wear significantly over time.
When the unit fails, damage to the underside of the car is unavoidable, and will certainly immobilize the vehicle.
Replacing the propeller shaft discs not only protects you from this disastrous prospect, but also greatly reduces driveline noise and harshness.
To make replacing propeller shaft flex discs easy, we offer these kits that include the front and rear discs as well as all of the hardware needed for installation.

how much $$$ is the kit of 2x kits for c43?
i assume i need 2 flexdisc kits for transmission?
if you have genuine MB part stamped with a STAR, let me know how much it costs?
if it's genuine Lemförder, let me know how much it costs?
my car is a 1999, however it's a low mileage 106000km.
rubber gets hard and cracks from age, my flexdiscs has never been changed.
is it time to do something about them before a catastrophic failiure happens?
any forum discounts?
i assume i need 2 flexdisc kits for transmission?

Changed my front & rear flex plate back in 2011, my indie shop noticed a hairline crack during an A service. He did mentioned to get it fixed soon to prevent costly damaged. He used genuine MB parts.
I've purchased a bunch of genuine MB parts from ECS tuning recently doing a leaky valve cover job, if you know the part # type it in and it will give you options from MB to after market parts with prices. Customer service is great I've asked to split my order due to a rear spring being out stock, they did it without additional cost.
