SRS Light and seatbelt warning light
Hi all, I wanted to ask if any of you have trouble with your seatbelt warning light? I've noticed mine will go off after starting the car (when all the lights illuminate) whether the drivers seatbelt is inserted or not.
Recently I've noticed my SRS warning light staying lit for longer than normal. It seems that it stays on longer when my seat is moved forward when my Dad drives the car, but never seems to happen when I'm in it and the bottom seat portion is all the way back. It usually will end up going off after a few minutes, but now when my Dad drives it stays on permanently. I'm thinking it could have to do with the seat belt wire being messed with by the position of the seat. I think that it's connected to the SRS system.
Anyone have any insight??
