Clipped a front tyre

Damn When driving back to the South the other day, I clipped the front right tire on a small wall in a right hand bend. I was moving right to avoid a big concrete truck coming on the opposite side. This was in a tunnel with very poor light
The result? A dead tyre and the need to but 2 new front tires. Luckily they where on the way out but still had some life in the remaining tread. Also some rash on the rim, but that will file out. Oh well, that's life I guess when you drive close to the limit

Thanks. No, thankfully no visible or butt dyno damage. I'll just need to check the alignment (toe) as that certainly must have moved a bit. Justifies this control when putting on new tires (Michelin PS3's again)

Doesn't look too bad. Luckily!
