Tune up question

My 99 c43 with 139k runs great but its time for a tune up.My list as follows wires, plugs and clean maf, injector flush and new green filters.Do I need to change the coil packs? Did valve cover gaskets about 2k miles ago.On a few coil packs I get a little oil on them and sometimes when I start the car it will shut down then crank again and its fine. Never had a CEL since I've owned the car.My Indy said 50/50 to change the coils. What do you think?

I guess if you have a faulty coil(s), it(they) should appear with an error code. How comes you get some oil on them if you replaced the gaskets recently. You still have a leak somewhere?

[QUOTE=DRBC43AMG;6109155]I guess if you have a faulty coil(s), it(they) should appear with an error code. How comes you get some oil on them if you replaced the gaskets recently. You still have a leak somewhere? Yes that's what baffles me a little.Under the car is dry no evidence of oil leakage. So pull codes to see if anything is awry....Does this need to be done via STAR or some other way? Thanks.
