I thought the fake carbon trip panels was standard on euro specs vehicle I havn't seen anything else.
Perhaps the wood trim as per US spec vehicles was a euro option.

I don't know full details, but here's what I think I know about US C43/w202

But I do know Bose was standard on all w202's except pre-update C220.
No fake carbon trim available on C43 (but was available on C280 sport, update model)

I THINK all US C43's got tow alarm, split folding rear seats with ski sack, and garage door buttons

I THINK we could not get:
Parktronic
Interior alarm sensors
folding mirrors
power rear blind

Known options, US:
Rain sensing wiper
Level sensing Xenon w/ headlamp washers
Disc changer
auto dim rear view mirror

I sure wish I could get power rear blind, folding mirrors, interior alarm for my C43's.

i have this winter package on my car

@ sulaco : tow alarm was not a standard feature on any c43, this was an option
only some cars have it in europe same thing goes for US market cars.

interior safe guard sensors for breaking glass matched with tow alarm was also an option in europe, although this was a standard feature on all UK sold cars

for power rear blind i can probably get one but they are a few hundred euros in price, i can probably get an OEM MB manual blind instead which is a lot cheaper!!

I have never seen a w202 without heated mirrors

I think split folding rear and heated seats with inflatable adjustments is standard on all C43's, optional on lesser w202s

Sulaco, I think you are right on everything you have said. No one mentioned the phone option which I do not have but would be obsolete today anyways. The one thing I do miss is the seat memory settings which I had on my 1992 400E. Very useful, dont know why it was not standard. Our instrumentation is excellent classic design. My wife's 2004 C240 has all those crappy steering wheel toggles and no dip stick for checking oil level. So, I think we are pretty fortunate in having an old school car with what you need and none of the current electronic madness.
