CONDENSER FANS only one working C36 ?

2015 E350 4 matis, 2003- 911 porsche
CONDENSER FANS only one working C36 ?
Need some quick advise on 1996 C36, air conditioner system is charged up and condenser has 2- fans cooling it. The only fan working is on left. Is there ONE relay to both fans and should both come on together. The right fans spins freely, is there a plug under the valance that i can swap to see if it will start it.
