Question Please confirm transmission in '95 C36 AMG?

MBWorld,

Can someone please confirm which transmission is in the '95 C36? ATF fluid required & amount?

Finished the head gasket, now looking to continue a few services for general maintenance to include transmission fluid/filter change. Car has 142k and approaching 20yrs and I see no record of a service.

But with everything else in this Limited Production beast, I am having a hard time verifying exact information on sub-systems. My Chiltons manual focuses on C-series and I see miss-information on the web retailers about fitment.

Thanks!

A 95 should have a 722.3 trans. 97 is when it switched to a 722.6.

Thanks.
This verifies what I previously found that the C36 in '95 has the 722.328.
Now for the novice questions: any specs? 4 or 5spd, ATF required, quantity?

Your 1995 C36 AMG has a 722.328 transmission in it. We do have the filter, pan gasket and fluid available for you if needed, it would use 4.5 to 5 liters for a service flush. Feel free to give me a call @ 1.800.240.4620

grab some new Bosch OEM plugs and a few tail light bulbs to top it off.

If you need a spare C36 transmission i have one from a 95 C36 which was rear-ended with only ~60k miles.
I used the engine in a w124 with a 5spd trans so the auto is up for sale.

Not to thread jack or anything, but how much are you asking for it?
