Zayed And Others..
I have a problem that's been there for months now.
- turn car on, turns on but right away like 2 seconds it turns right off.
Turn it on again and it stays on.
- If I turn key on to let the fuel pump engage, the car will turn on each and every time and it will stay on.
- After its on I drive, I than park and turn it off. I wait like 2-3 minutes and I go to the fuel injector port in the front of the engine. I push the little nipple and no gas comes out at all. IS THIS NORMAL?
Seems like I'm loosing fuel pressure right? If yes what should I check?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi mate,
Yes, it's looks like air/fuel issue, but not so sure..!,
did you try to diagnose the car, it will help a lot to see if all Electronics/sensors reading properly,,
also prefer to pull-out airbox & see all hoses/fuel rail/ injectors, if no leaks around them, no any connectors been loose..

Thanks Zayed.
I went and checked air hoses and no leaks at all. I checked the fuel lines and fuel injectors and no leaks.
I still have to check fuel lines from engine to fuel pump when I get a chance...
Do you think maybe the fuel pump or fuel regular going bad?

MAF could interrupt the whole air/fuel system, in sme cases; ECU memory didn't catch that..!!

Today I ordered a fuel pump.
Where is the fuel relay? It's green right?

Or Ebay. The part number is listed on the German Star site so you can search for other sources using that.

But I received the fuel pump I ordered so I went ahead and changed it since it's never been replaced. Going to test drive the car today.....

Btw, I installed another intake manifold that I cleaned up and had ready. No leaks and works great BUT the thing is noisy? My old one was not like this, any ideas why?
I would put the old one back but although it's not noisy it does not perform like the noisy one? Both were cleaned the same way...

Ok, thanks zayed. Bosch was $100.00 more. So far the pump is working very well. Weird thing is with the old bosch I could not hear the pump pushing fuel. This new one I can hear the fuel or pump working. Don't know if that good or not.
Any thoughts on the noisy intake manifold?

Zayed, I can't find any specs on the pump. Here's a link to the one I bought.
Also, it's not a whistle sound, more like a hollow sound. Can't explain I will upload a sound clip later on.
