I took these numbers from the EPC for my C43, which has the black/gray two tone interior. I can confirm these numbers from my receipt next week (I don't have access to it right now).

Used parts may be an option although how long they will continue to hold up is unknown.

Well, Knock on wood, Mine is holding up very well and I think a contributing factor to sagging is extreme heat, so rolling your shade back if its going to be parked in direct sun for long periods and cracking windows may help, Heat is usually the biggest culprit in all interior aging. If I was in your postition I would scower dismantlers for a used one.

I don't know why the foam fails. Heat seems logical, but my 1999 E430, with only 77,000 miles and has been garaged or covered ever since new, has both the shade and the headliner starting to fail. It is very disappointing; my daughter-in-law had a 2002 Infinity G20 that was never garaged, parked outside everywhere, and when she sold it a few months ago the headliner was still fine

My 99 Accord has 270k miles, has been a southern car for a long time, and sits in the sun all day, every day. The clear coat is pealing on the roof and fenders, but the headliner is fine.

The 90's were a funny time with all of the environmental concerns in regards to manufacturing. The paint from the 90's tends to suck (though my C43 looks great) and I wouldn't be surprised if they had to use some more environmentally friendly spray adhesive that just doesn't hold as well. Who knows.

Welp, I didn't get to drop off my car like a wanted as I had a problem with my 2nd vehicle. I guess I'll have to wait another 2 weeks to resolve the saggy headliner.

Found two parts for this, assuming they are different colors.

Does any one know which is the grey?

202 780 0240 7D04
or
202 780 0240 8G12

Notice they dyed the visors and sunshade plastics...

Anyone know how much material to order for the headliner, sunshade, visors, pillars all around and rear deck?
