Custom Air Boxes While They Last
If your interested in one of these air boxes email me at geo3617(@)gmail.com.
Price is $480.00 shipped within the usa. These are not easy to make. And I spend many hours making them. They are hand crafted from start to finish, and you will not find these anywhere else. You will see performance gains and your car will run so much better, stronger...
If you like to at least try one out email me and we can work something out.

Get one while you can guys! These airboxes are a steal; you'll be kicking yourself for not pulling the trigger while you still can. For you purists, the airbox looks completely factory when installed. You really can tell the difference versus the tiny restrictive stock airbox.

Hi George. Fo what it's worth, I think that it's very kind that you're modding box's for other mbworld members. You've produced a high quality upgrade that people like myself greatly appreciate. The fact that you made it look completely stock only higher only increases my desire to own one. It also attests to the time and the quality of craftsmanship that you put into each one that you produced. Back in the muscle car era, nobody advertised the upgraded mods on their cars. When gathered in parking lots all the hoods were kept closed as it was very secretive. They did this to get any possible edge at winning races and it kept people guessing as to what was done to their cars. I disagree with people asking for test results to prove the worth of your upgrade via dyno, etc., as they would also question the validity of your results. More air flow equals more power and throttle response. End of debate! On an na motor, is not every possible gain what we all want to achieve? Even it were only 5hp, it is worth the small $ amount for this upgrade. I guarantee that those who chose to pass, will be kicking themselves for not pulling the trigger when they had the chance. Thank you again, George! I myself, appreciate all of your time and effort!
Sincerely,
Darcy

Go for them guys!!!!
Everyone talks of performance, but when something really lets your engine better, nobody is around. Why????

the other 2 boxes are they the early made taller box or the newer shorter box not touching hood inner lining?
$480 shipped anywhere in the world?
If I buy this airbox, I only wanna do a straight buy, I can't send my stock airbox to USA coz shipping cost is a biage!
all ya guys who did the E55 swap and still running stock non modified C43 ecu?
would this modded airbox with increased air volume equal the air/fuel ratio when you still use stock C43 ecu rather than re-flash stock C43 ecu with E55 software?
doing E55 re-flash on stock C43 ecu gave less HP.
maybe modded airbox will somehow remedy wrong air/fuel ratio when using stock C43 ecu with E55 engine swap?

I will be listing these boxes on ebay soon, when I get some time...
If you contact me direct you can save on ebay fees.
I will not be doing these boxes full time anymore. So if you want one contact me and I will give you some info how to proceed. Keep in mind that if i do not have one in stock, it will take 3-4 days to make one for you. Thanks.

I have not noticed the enlarged 4" version touching the hood linner. If it does, it's certainly not noticable or significant IMO 😉

No he did not. He got top part only. I be more than happy to send you the complet box with k&n filters. Heavier box more in shipping. That's why I send top part only. Find a box cheaper and you will see your getting a deal. But renntech is the only other option and check their price.

I can literally fix and paint a bumper, fender, and make 2-3 times that much because it's not hard to do and not as much detail.
Like I wrote elsewhere, I like making these air boxes. Shipping to you guys out of state is expensive but not my fault. Than you don't want to send your core for a refund, also not my fault. Those two things brings the price up. You cant have everything, and from my side I try to give you guys everything. Performance, economy, and oem stock look. AND a fair price.

so maybe i missed an older post, but where is the info that clarifies/establishes that this is a power adding mod?
I understand that better/less restrictive airflow is always good. Also im not trying to disrespect anything that Speed43 has done. but for $480 i would expect some sort of dyno sheet showing actual gains.
there are ECU tunes out there that are aroudn that same price that advertise +25hp.
again, not trying to be a skeptic, but i think for that much money there is sort of a expectation that the person selling the part has proof of how much ppwer it will add compared to the stock airbox.
If i have that info im very much likely and willing to pay for one as well!
thx,
alan
