M5 had more HP than E55 but less tourqe iirc?

M5 also weighed 4387 lbs. Almost a full 1,000 more than the 43 and almost 400 more than the E55.

M5 had 400 HP in europe, E55 had 354 HP and 530NM
i'm not sure but i believe M5 had 500 NM.

M5 engines had problems with Vanos system, M113 was less problematic

I think every MB engine ever made is less problematic than any BMW engine ever made. BMWs are sexy and fun but good luck finding one that can hold up over time. By 150k they need a top end rebuild and probably all new upholstery. Paint missing from every button on the inside.

Have you ever seen an M with 300k miles?
