I don't think your "CPS" comes with cable, unless if you have an old version of "M104" Engine..!!

I meant the cable that goes to the CPS. Not the sensor itself. I also need the connector. Don't know its attached already. I'm gonna join the cable or open the ECU connector and switch it inside it. Havent decide yet.

Unfortunately; CPS cable NOT comes separately, it comes as Engine harness assembly,

there're "2" types of CPS connectors,

*one comes with one pin, and the other one comes with two pins,,

should to conform which one you have, to forward the correct part# of the connector you need..!

So you mean that i need to buy a new harness?

Its a connector that goes into sensor and then it goes straight into the ECU connector. If thats what you mean? There is no connector between that.

There are NO conjunction cable between ECU connector & CPS connector ,,

you can get ECU connector & CPS connector, without the whole cable harness..!

I heard common failure on "M104" Engine harness, during age,

i prefer to replace it, rather than replace the connectors..!,,

but if you need part # of the connectors, pls. forward some pics. of your connectors & the harness..

I called the mb dealership and they told me that i cant buy the cable and connector separtly from the engine harness on my engine. So i need to buy coaxial and then join the connector back to it. But i don't know what diameter and what kind of cable to buy.
Is there anyone WHO knows what cable to buy. I'm gonna take a picture later so you can see what kind of cable i'm talking about.

I managed to remove cable from the car and found the partnumber for it so i called again and i was able to buy the connector with cable attached to it so i'm gonna try to connect it directy into the main harness.

If i understand correct i need to cut the main connector just where the white gooey stuff are to remove it? Or is it possible to loosen the cable anyway?

Is there any good websites to use for this so i cant see step by step to do this ?
