Headlight wiper won't reset

Hey Guys-

This has been a issue here and there lately. My drivers side headlight wiper gets a little erratic and takes some toying with the headlights to reset to the default position. Now I cant seem to get it to reset. Anyone have advice or think I have some component failure?

Thanks!

Now what do you mean by the default position?

going to guess the motor is bad. you might want to check voltage first. other things to consider would be relay and switch.

Some lubrication perhaps?

Hookah, you ever get this fixed? My driver-side headlight wiper is stuck in exactly the same position.

I just popped off the plastic cover towards the base and unscrewed the wiper and reset it. You need the squeeze that cover and pull. I dont use the wipers, but I will eventually get a new unit.
