timing chain on tha 5.4

What is needed and how much are parts aproximately?

​​​​​​​I think I wanna tackle this on my car. The motor sounds kinda noisy.

in the link, that's the complete kit for replacing chain.

so it's your 5.4L that is rattling?
is it a high rattle noize?
how many kilometra proslo das motor?

Ima ako 120,000 miles da 5.4 motor.


Nije puni glasan ali jenocigledno da je timing chain.

just to be sure!
better first go to your trusted shop let them listen to your engine, otherwise you might waste money buying the wrong parts if it's not the chain?

120.000 miles = 192.000km's is dat an average mileage for chain rattle?
do you hear if chain also has a slack?

when you bought the 5.4L engine, did you get the service manual from dat car to see how the car was maintained?
if you didn't get the service book, you don't know if previous owner did the timely oil changes?
dat is dangerous skipping öel changes
