C43 Transmission Q's

Hi All,

Finally got some time and funds to put a tranny on my 1998 C43, I know the 722.636 is the preferred bolt on upgrade vs my 722.631, but i'm looking towards a 722.643 which i've found fairly reasonable in price.
What would i have to do to make this work?

Thanks
GP

You would probably have to switch the bell housing and the output flange from your current transmission. For the output flange, you would need a 30mm deep 12 point socket, and either an impact gun or a large breaker bar.

Other than that, it should bolt in to my knowledge, CM60k would know way more about this than me though.

The park release doesn't really need to be swapped over, everything will work completely fine without doing that.
