My Hardwired Valentine One

I just looked.. I didn't even bother snapping a picture. The mount that you are considering has some bulk in the mechanism such that it will not fit. It will hit the square box behind the mirror that houses the rain sensor, high beam light sensor, etc.
Also, this site also sells a $60 mount that seems to be a copy of the blendmount.com $100 mount that I just bought for another of my cars. I wouldn't trust a copy cat.

Anyone have a suggestion then on a better mount? The windshield mount is awful.

Has anyone tested switched power off of the HomeLink module?
This is how I wired my detector in my Audi.
It should be switched for security reasons.
I don't have my car yet, so I can't check....

I believe this mount will work.
It appears that it works in a late model E55 AMG.
At first glance, the mirrors appear very similar, if not identical and the way this mount works is flush against the back of the mirror.

OP, I'm having trouble seeing the large pics in your original post? Just the thumbnails show up. Think you can email 'em to me?
Anyone try this? I tried one of their mounts in my GLE, and no luck. And Blendmount flat out tells you theirs won't fit.
