C63 S Carbon Fiber Diffuser?

Quick question, I've seen in a lot of videos that the c63 S has a carbon fiber rear diffuser, is that option stock, or do I have to get a specific package for it?

I think they are all like that. BMW is forcing people to by the full $4K+ Executive package just to get minor options.
