Just curious what everyone thinks of the premium on this car if it's worth getting. I saw the car in black and it looks spectacular was wondering if anyone can give me some feedback on what they think of the look. Also what is everyone's general consensus on the Mercedes illuminated logo on the car like this.
i have a Polar White Edition 1 on order scheduled for October delivery. After seeing the pictures of the Edition 1 in black, I was blown away by how good it looks. The red accents of the Edition 1 are a beautiful contrast to the black (when it is clean). I ordered the Edition 1 so the car looked different to the standard cars (if you can ever call a c63s standard) and I loved the quilted seats and red seat belts. The side stripes and the red on the exterior are polarising - you either love it or hate it. What Mercedes illuminated logo are you referring to?

You got me excited so I looked it up in the accessories guide for the C Class and it said that it could not be optioned with Distronic. Would anyone know why this is the case???

The distronic radar unit is housed inside the mercedes grill symbol when optioned. The whole star is different and is not "3D" it is more of a flat symbol with the star painted on it. The illuminated star has led strips inside the regular portion of the star so it wouldn't work with the distronic star because it's flat

The mercedes star On the grill is different when you option the distronic. The radar unit of distronic is housed inside this star so it has a different look compared to the standard "3D" star. I'll post a link with a close up of the distronic star maybe it will make more sense it's hard to explain further
