Specing my wife's c63 coupe today, with options the price come similar to a c6s coupe 11,557.39 USD difference.

options that I like:
ambient lighting
AMG performance exhaust
Designo paint
Head up Display
Keyless go comfort
360 camera

or should i go for a basic c63s coupe (comes with performance seat and exhaust) and forgo the creature comforts?

I prefer diamond white, but she's wants a change in colour. So selenite gray, selenite magno or iridium silver magno?

It's a tough decision on C63 vs C63s, but for the color, definitely get one of the selenite finishes.

I'm in the UK so options list is a bit different (for example perf. exhaust, perf. seats and ambient lighting is standard), but I went with the C63S coupe (more HP, more torque, electronic diff, dynamic engine mounts, I felt that there's enough of a difference between the s and the base c63 to warrant getting the s).

It's a tough decision, but if you'd have to forgo the creature comforts, get the loaded c63. your wife will probably end up missing those options.

In terms of colour, even more difficult, its all subjective, the coupe looks great in any colour but it's you who will be looking at it and driving it the most so it really has to be up to you. Having said that, both selenite grey's look amazing, question is do you want to have to deal with the problems that come with matte paint (for magno selenite)?

Opinion is divided, some say yes, some say no. But the majority seem to agree that matte paints can be a pain to manage. That's why I went with metallic selenite in the end, I can always go for a matte wrap later on if I really want.

Go for the S. More power more fun. You can do without a lot of the creature comforts unless they're a must have for your wife.

thanks for all the input. Put an order for a 63 with performance exhaust, ambient light, and selenite magno. Wife didn't see the need for the extra hp so she decided to stick with the 63 and just wanted the matte colour.

Prodn in may so hopefully august/sept delivery. Now I can update my profile :p
