Anyways my C63 just got pulled over today... just right outside of school
the cops checked the wheels... and they said i cant drive with the wheels anymore " rear tires have chords showing"

and tow'd my car and i aint allowed to drive it until i get it done and inspected

Anyways... i need to know what kind of wheels am i suppose to get for the back

and what kind for the front..

i need the measurements and brand

255/35 18" for the stock rear tires, although as discussed in multiple threads many people recommend up to 275 or even 285 for the rear. OEM is Pirelli P Zero, but you can pick whatever brand you want - maybe you need a higher tread wear rating next set?

235/40 18" stock fronts I think - again, you can go up in width also.

dont got 235 up front if youre going 275 in the rear though

go 275/35/18 on the rear. Best setting there is without problems. Im on my 3rd set with 8k miles

Just curious - how many miles on the odometer?

I burned mine up in 2800 miles.

I think I read someone on this forum had to replace at 2600.

I'm curious as to how you drew the cops' attention in the first place. If you're just driving around at normal speeds, minding your own business, the cops seldom pay attention to you.

i had that happen to me but they dint town my car. they just asked me if i knew and i toled them what r u talking about and they said get them changes asap

A guy here in town had to replace his at the 1000km mark. That's 625miles for the american folks. ouch

They were there because people have been complaining we are driving too fast at the back street of my school

" we as in every student " and i went into a turn going about 40 and they said that was uncareful driving or something like that 400$ ticket

and then this cop was being a dick , my N sign was sideways... and i got a 109 ticket as well ... my N sign was sideways because 1 hook came off

it was really weird tho.. scared me

so i did....

and he screamed PUT YOUR KEYS ON TOP OF YOUR VEHICLE... i was like OH CRAP I CANT FIND IT!!! OMG WHERE IS IT because i cant get it out of my pocket... he didnt know you can press a button to turn on the car..

and yeah...
